1) Before limiting yourself to the top 4...let your customers, prospects, partners and competitors be your guide...identify where they are active in social media and engage through those tools.
2) What works in North America...may not be best for global engagement...social media planners/owners should again start with their targeted community presence and use that as a guide.</description>
