They have several points to add;  
1.  Their product is not intended for what they feel is social medias demographic.   
2.   They are not involved in the tech world and they do not see where it could lead.     3.   Blogging does not come easily to them and they fear premature leaks or miss          statements could sink future products.
4.   They fear the ridicule that comes with using Jack#ss video (YouTube) or hacking of Fan pages.

It&#039;s unfortunate (and can be annoying) that some companies aren&#039;t convinced that they should  &quot;join the conversation&quot; (#socialmediacliche). If the case studies aren&#039;t good enough, what&#039;s going to to be the driving force that makes them eventually take the cake? On second thought, maybe it gives the social media embracers more space for success (if they do it right, of course).</description>
