		<description>Jeff, I agree completely.  This should be the mantra for all consultants, be they management, IT, marketing, HR, etc.  Our reputation builds because we make our clients so successful they will refer us to others, not because we splatter our names across the media or say yes as we tell them the time while looking at their mobile.</description>

I often get calls from PR people who can&#039;t answer even basic questions, such as &quot;What does this company do?&quot; They read breathlessly from a script, mouthing buzzwords and desperately trying to sound like they know something, when, in fact, they know nothing. 
Why do clients pay for that? Don&#039;t they know that it actually can harm their company?
I also love that Jeff works to help clients speak for themselves. It is so much more valuable to a journalist to speak directly to a source than to get information second-hand from the PR person. It vastly improves the likelihood that an article will be published.</description>
